Vlad has extensive international experience in senior management, business development, sales and marketing for over 20 years. As NBT’s Country Manager for Ukraine, he played a trailblazing role in the successful development of the 250-MW Syvash Wind Farm, NBT’s first wind farm in Ukraine and later became a Director in SyvashEnergoProm LLC, the Syvash project company.

A seasoned Project professional and Mechanical Engineer by background, Rob brings a wealth of experience from within the Oil & Gas and renewables sectors having delivered a multitude of successful frontier, high risk projects internationally.

Børge has over 20 years of broad operational and strategic experience from small and medium-sized private companies whereby 10 years of proven results derives from financing of renewable energy assets in Europe. He played a leading role in the development of Syvash Wind Farm that resulted in its financial close involving EUR 262 million of loans from lenders led by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Jan-Philip combines hands-on operational experience with a holistic business understanding of the entire energy value chain. With more than 10 years of experience working for large Oil & Gas Operators, Utility companies and in the renewable sector, Jan-Philip held managerial and advisor positions focusing on corporate management, Finance and Controlling, BD/M&A, Asset Management and general operational excellence.

Qin has been working for NBT since 2011 with focus on project development, financing and operations in China and Ukraine. He was heavily involved in the development of the 250-MW Syvash Wind Farm and now serves as global planning and documentation manager in NBT.

Dmytro has strong and well established expertise in advising local and foreign investors in energy, infrastructure, real estate projects.
Having more than 18 years of experience with international law firms and leading companies in Ukraine, Dmytro manages the legal affairs of Zophia Project in collaboration with local counsels and advisors.

Nataliia has a Master's degree in environmental engineering and extensive experience in ensuring occupational safety and environmental protection in international companies in various industries. She joined the NBT team in early 2020 for development and execution of Zophia Wind Farm.

Faisal is an electrical engineer holding a PhD in renewable energy. He’s responsible for all technical matters related to the grid connection of Zophia Wind Farm.
